I take pride in every loc I touch with the goal of making sure every client is confident within their journey. All loc journey’s start in different beginnings and I am here to give you those options. Please read thoroughly before booking an appointment. By booking an appointment you understand my business of operations and will abide by all policies listed. RETAINER FEE (Deposit) •NONREFUNDABLE!!! •There will be a $25 retainer fee required after booking your appointment. •RETAINER FEES ARE ONLY REFUNDED IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED BY ME. LATE POLICY •It is not just my time to consider but the time of my other clients •If you are more than 10 mins late there will be an additional charge of $20 added on to your service •If you are late by 15 minutes or more your appointment will be cancelled. CONSULTATIONS •Loc extensions, Loc reconstructions, and Instant Locs ALL require a consult to schedule •All clients located in Houston or surrounding areas must consult IN PERSON •Virtual Consultations are for traveling clients ONLY PAYMENT OPTIONS •All balances must be paid in the remainder of CASH or Zelle no exception •If you would like to process a credit card I will accept that payment method with the addition of a 2.5% processing fee. Cancellation Policy
If you’re appointment is not cancelled within your 24 hour appointed scheduled time, there will be a charge to the card on file of 50% of the remaining balance. If you are a no call no show there will be a 100% charge of your remaining balance. Without the option to book in the future.
